CCLA Server Chess |
| CCLA vs. Gameknot Match (2002) by former CCLA President Volker Jeschonnek |
| | |
| In January, 2007 CCLA began a series of internet chess tournaments using the ICCF web server and a 10/40 time limit. CCLA's Server Series is a semi-class event similar in structure to the Leadership tournament: entries are grouped according to ratings, with 5-7 players in each section, one game with each opponent. There are no prizes. Sections issued quarterly on the 15th of January, April, July and October. |
| | |
| In late 2007, CCLA sponsored the first server team matches under the
New MET League banner. We are indebted to Harvey Reed for his tireless efforts in bringing this project to fruition, and look forward to many more teams joining in the fun. |

| In 2008, CCLA will add three new server events to our tournament calendar: Server Championship (Masters and Experts only), Server Open Championship and Server North American Class Championships for Classes A, B and C & below. |

Unless otherwise noted, completed games will be rated by CCLA, using CCLA ratings, with results published on this website Tournament Results and in Chess Correspondent magazine. |
